To create an article, log in to elevio and click ‘Articles’ in the left hand panel. At the top of the screen click the blue ‘add article’ button.
This will open the article editor and allow you to create your article and place it within your knowledge base. You can also insert keywords on this page to tag your article as well as restrict your article.
You may also save your progress as a draft to come back and finish your article whenever you like.
N.B Articles cannot be synced out of elevio to an external knowledge base, to have an article appear in elevio and your knowledge base it needs to be created in your knowledge base and then synced in.
