Creating an Article
Access the Content Management area by selecting "Create" in the top navigation bar and then "Content Management".
To create an article in the previous version of the Content Management area, at the top of the screen click the blue ‘Add Article’ button.
To create an article in the current version of the Content Management area, hover over 'Create' in the top right corner and select 'Create Article'.
This will open the article editor and allow you to create your article and place it within your knowledge base. You can insert keywords on this page to tag your article as well as restrict your article, or maybe even insert a picture, image or video all with just a few clicks.
You may also save your progress as a draft to come back and finish your article whenever you like.
When working on your content, we'll auto save your progress in draft mode. These changes will not be seen by your end users until you click on the 'Publish Now' button.
N.B Articles cannot be synced out of elevio to an external knowledge base, to have an article appear in elevio and your knowledge base it needs to be created in your knowledge base and then synced in.
