With the elevio Support Module you can bring your existing ticketing system inside the elevio sidebar to make sure that no one will have to leave your site again to tell you if something has gone wrong.

The added benefit of this is that you will be able to see exactly which page your user was on when they felt the need to send a support ticket in to you. Making initial diagnostics all the more simpler.

The user will also have a much better experience, as they are able to see past tickets, send further questions and view your responses, all within the elevio sidebar without needing to leave your page.

- Email (hidden if logged in)
- Subject
- Main description
