Quick Open Options

Articles can be easily linked and shared with your customers via a whole range of options. These include sharing via:

• A direct Knowledge Base link (if your Knowledge Base has been enabled)
• A direct article link
• Embedding code on your page to display articles
  • embedded directly into the site
  • as openable links in new tabs
  • or as articles that open as popups

To access Quick Open Options:

1. Hover over the menu icon  in the row of the article that you would like to edit.
2. Select Share to open the Quick Open Options screen
