Connecting with JIRA Service Desk

We don't have an integration with JIRA Service Desk just yet.
It's an integration that's on the roadmap, but until it's available a workaround would be to set up a Custom Form module to forward tickets straight to your JIRA inbox (as well as anywhere else that you might need it).
You can also set this up to send as a webhook if that is preferable.
