Changing Account Owner

Only the owner of a workspace can transfer ownership to another teammate, which can be done from your team management page here.

If the owner of your workspace is unable to login, for example if they are no longer working at your company, please send us a support ticket.

If for example, the account owner has left the company and needs to be changed, for security reasons we will require 2 support tickets from 2 members of your team in order to be able to make the ownership change for you.
