The issue

When you add your API key on the Freshdesk settings screen, be sure that you're adding an API key of an admin. Otherwise we won't be able to
Blocked IP Address
If your Freshdesk account is locked down to certain IP addresses, you'll need to open up access to our servers by adding the following to your accounts whitelist:
