Custom Form responses not going to customer

When you create a custom form, make sure you add in a field that is of type "email".

This will ensure that when you respond to any messages that come through your custom form, they go to the correct address, otherwise you'll end up responding to us at elevio.

To add a field of type "email", when adding a field to your form, select "email" from the Field Type dropdown, as shown below:

If you do not have an email of type "email", any responses you send will come to forms@eleviomail.com, and you'll receive an auto message letting you know that the email didn't go to your customer.
