Pre-filling Custom Form and Support module fields

What fields can be pre-filled?

Currently, only the email field can be pre-filled for custom forms. For the support module form, the name and email fields can be pre-filled.

In both cases, this is only if you pass user information through to the Elevio Assistant when you install it on your site.
