Adding In-Product Helpers

Adding in-product help (called helpers) is a great way to show quick tips without losing your users' focus. Here's a great introduction to what Helpers are, and why you might want to use them.

Depending on your level of interaction with the code behind your site, you can add Helpers via one of three methods.

  1. The Visualizer
    No coding required. Our intuitive point-and-click tool will guide you through the whole process of creating a helper.

  2. The Helpers Management screen
    This is useful if you are familiar with the CSS selectors that make up your site, or are able to easily procure them for placing your Helpers. Learn more here.
