Articles not coming across in sync

Symptom

Content is not being synced from a third party. Particularly when enabling a new language in Elevio and those translations not coming through when attempting a sync.

This is particularly prevalent with Zendesk syncing after enabling a new language in Elevio.

Solution

Head to the integrations page https://app.elev.io/connections.

  1. Select your integration.
  2. Complete a Full Re-sync.
  3. Wait for 5 - 10 minutes for the re-sync to complete.
