GateKeeper for Custom Forms

GateKeeper is also available in the Support Module.

GateKeeper is a deflection feature that improves the in-app experience and reduces your support load. 

When your user enters text into your form, GateKeeper tears apart their request to find the most relevant sections of the most relevant articles in your knowledge base and presents them to the user as suggested help. 

It's like having someone on your support team respond to the customer before the ticket is even submitted.

Setting it up

When adding a compatible field to your custom form module, simply set the GateKeeper option to 'Yes', and that field will be sent for deflection as the user moves through the process, that's all there is to it!

How it works

Once your form is set up, let's imagine a user enters a question about managing content. Before submitting the form, they might see a screen like this:

Providing an answer to their question immediately, without your team having to answer it, and eliminating the need for the user to wait for a response.

NB: If you select multiple fields to go through the Gatekeeper, Elevio will combine them all up and submit the entirety to GateKeeper as one piece.
