The Support module is your full support system inside elevio. Users can respond to tickets, view existing tickets or send through replies, all without having to leave the page they’re on.

To set it up, log in to elevio, click ‘Modules’ in the left hand panel, hit install on the Support module. Select your provider and integrate with your chosen support system and then select your preferences such as if you want debug info shown or whether you want your users to be able to see their closed tickets. Hit ‘Add Module’ and you’re good to go.

If you'd like for a user to be able to see/respond to previous tickets from within the Assistant, you'll first need to make sure you've completed the optional installation step here.
