Restrict knowledge base access to certain IP addresses

If you would prefer your knowledge base be completely locked down for security purposes to certain IP addresses, you can do this using the Knowledge Base IP Whitelist feature.

To start locking down your hosted knowledge base, head to Hosted Knowledge Base > IP Whitelist in your left menu.

Once there you can add as many IP addresses as you need. You can also control if this feature is enabled in general, allowing you to keep your knowledge base running publicly while you configure your whitelisted IP addresses if you choose.

Only available on certain plans.
