What are "Tagged Articles"/Keywords?

Tagging Articles is an extremely useful feature within elevio. By tagging an article with keywords and matching those keywords to different pages on your site, elevio is able to make sure that only the most relevant information gets shown to your users.

When you tag an article to a certain page, anyone opening the sidebar while on that page will be shown the article you have tagged first. This means your users won’t need to go looking for the most pertinent information. You can also use tagged articles to control suggestions by following the instructions here.
