Managing Articles

To manage an article, head to the Content section in the left menu. From here, click on the pencil icon next to the article you wish to edit.
You'll be presented with a WYSIWYG editor for you to edit the content of your article.
Within the right hand pane we present otions for you to write internal notes, select keywords to tag your articles, and set restrictions.
You're also able to see any hub cards relating to this article, view reporting specific to this article, and share it.
