Creating an Article

Select 'Content' from the left navigation bar:
Then 'New Article' in the top right navigation bar:

New article button

This will open the content editor and allow you to create your article and place it within your knowledge base. You can insert keywords on this page to tag your article as well as restrict your article, or maybe even insert a picture, image or video all with just a few clicks.

"Has Revision"

When working on your content, we'll auto-save your progress in revision mode. Your end-users will not see these changes until you click on the 'Publish...' button.

FYI: Articles CANNOT be synced OUT of elevio to an external knowledge base, to have an article appear in elevio and your knowledge base it needs to be created in your knowledge base and then synced in.
FYI: Microsoft Word documents can contain hidden HTML formatting so consider moving this content to another source prior to copy-pasting the document into an article.
