Access the Content Management area by selecting "New Article" in the top navigation bar and then "Content Management".

This will open the content editor and allow you to create your article and place it within your knowledge base. You can insert keywords on this page to tag your article as well as restrict your article, or maybe even insert a picture, image or video all with just a few clicks.

"Has Revision"

When working on your content, we'll auto save your progress in revision mode. These changes will not be seen by your end users until you click on the 'Publish...' button.

N.B Articles cannot be synced out of elevio to an external knowledge base, to have an article appear in elevio and your knowledge base it needs to be created in your knowledge base and then synced in.
